Shift: AM or PM shifts Location: Odd Fellow Home in Green Bay (1129 South Jackson Street. Green Bay, WI) Currently seeking a compassionate, thoughtful and dependable addition to our exceptional culinary operation. The Dietary Aide's primary responsibility is to prep food alongside cooks, clean up and support residents to ensure that meals are enjoyed. Responsibilities and Expectations: •Follow the prep list created by RD or CDM to plan duties. •Stock and label ingredients for convenient accessibility. •Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. •Follow instructions for meal orders, nutritional needs, and recipes to ensure residents receive the appropriate amount of food. •Help residents with eating and cleaning up after meals. •Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and other staff. •Ensure food and other items are stored properly. •Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines. •Perform other kitchen and dining room duties as assigned. •Interact with residents and staff in a professional manner. •Clean up dining room and take care of leftover food. •Perform such other duties as assigned by your site supervisor or regional manager. •Comply with State and Federal Healthcare Facility regulations (i.e., name badges being worn and visible at all times, no cell phones on healthcare floors, etc.) Candidates must be able to pass a state of Wisconsin caregiver background check and pre-employment drug screening.
