Come join our team if you desire to grow and enjoy being outdoors! You’ll work closely with a field supervisor while on route who will always be there for you. As you stay here our goal is that you would grow both personally and professionally. You will be provided a service vehicle and tools to manage your route, service, clean, and balance pool chemistry for your customers’ pools. While we appreciate technical knowledge, experience in the pool industry is not a requirement for employment. We seek people with integrity and strong work ethic! Duties and Assigned Qualifications: Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques Proper use of swimming pool chemicals Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors during all seasons Daily Responsibilities but not limited to: Test water and add chemicals as needed Empty skimmers and pump strainer Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor Brush steps, walls and tiles Skim debris off surface Backwash filters Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Puts success of team above own interests; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
