Mosaic is looking to hire temps for a manufacturer in the NE San Antonio area! Pay starts at $14/hr and has a GREAT Monday-Friday schedule 7:30am to 4:00pm! Job Duties: -Perform all duties in a timely manner to maintain optimized workflow -Determines and communicates non-conformances discovered during product inspection -Maintains integrity and handling of product procedures -Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations -Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed Requirements: -Ability to transfer extrusions, door headers, propane tanks, loaded dolly to and from storage units -Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery -Ability to read a measuring tape -Standing or walking for long periods -Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. -Ability to use various tools such as air tools and buttons as well as levers on equipment requiring coupling forces up to 8 lbs. -Ability to operate a drill press -Ability to follow written and verbal direction -Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations -Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions -Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and can work independently -Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task -Demonstrate reliability, dependability, attendance, and good work ethic ***Background and on-site drug screen required on the first day of work***
