Franklin Park Sonterra 18323 Sonterra Place San Antonio, TX 78258 (210) 404-1444 "Senior Living with Style" We currently have an immediate opening for a Night Concierge/Security person this position will be Full Time at 36 Hours a Week & Rotating Weekends. The position requires 12 hour shifts from 8PM to 8AM. Franklin Park Sonterra is an Upscale Senior Living Community. We are looking for energetic individuals with a clean background. Must be able to work Holidays as well as: *Stay awake overnight *Must be dependable & reliable *Provide excellent customer service to residents *Good communication skills with Management Team *Medium lifting required *Trash and Recycle removal *Make routine rounds of the building *Respond to all resident emergencies through paging system Security(Night Personnel/Concierge) provides oversight and protection of parked vehicles, parking lots, and company property.
