Property maintenance for several houses wanted for 2-3 days a week, one of which must be Monday. A day average 7-8 hours and get paid end of week.
Duties to include maintenance to the properties: small fixes, handyman small projects, tree trimming, room turnarounds, etc.
Looking for experienced, clean background, sober and drug free with a good neat appearance only. Driver with some tools and vehicle. I have all larger tools.
