3+ years experience in residential construction remodeling, painting, framing, siding and trim.
General construction knowledge.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work in various types of weather.
Ability to produce craftsmanship quality work.
Treats all clients, co-workers, and subcontractors with dignity and respect.
2-3 References
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to/from job sites.
Your own tools.
