Job description Installer Job Summary Seeking candidates with a carpentry background to install commercial siding at client sites. Training provided. Fulltime position. About At Facades Inc., we design and install commercial siding. Requirement’s: • 3+ years carpentry experience • Knowledge of building codes and regulations • Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA) • Reading and interpreting blueprints • Responding to change orders • Operating light equipment (boom, genie lift, etc.) a plus • Working with subcontractors • Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry • Hand tools required. • Must pass pre-employment physical & background check. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Must have a flexible schedule, start early, and stay late as required by the job. • Complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Ability to work in inclement weather.
