Job Description Annisquam Landcare has been providing landscape construction, maintenance, and lawn care services on the North Shore of Massachusetts since 2002. Our focus is on high quality products and services, including organic land care. We are hiring for the lawn mowing foreman position. Basic requirements: -High quality focus (customer service, performance and product, detail orientation). -Strong work ethic. -Effective comprehension and communication skills (both verbal and written) -Team work. -Responsibility and dependability. -Ethics and integrity. Responsibilities: The lawn mowing foreman manages a small team performing lawn mowing. Duties: Standard lawn care tasks include lawn mowing, trimming edges, lawn amendment and pesticide application, and lawn repair. Skills: The lawn care foreman must be skilled in the operation of lawn mowing equipment including 1 ton vehicles, string trimmers, mowers, blowers. Landscaping experience. Management skills including communication, organization and time management. Valid drivers license with clean driving record. DOT License or ability to obtain. Physical fitness.
