We are looking for a RELIABLE and MOTIVATED visiting super to clean lobby, stairs and sidewalk of 5-unit building on Court Street between West 9th and Garnet Streets. You should live nearby so that you can sweep the sidewalk and curb at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays, and generally watch over the property. $175 monthly (no taxes taken out) plus payment for repairs, painting, etc. Very nice tenants! Hoping to find someone who takes care of other buildings in the neighborhood. Thanks
