Natural Stone Supplier located in Long Island City is looking to hire an alert and precise stone sample cutter and polisher Responsibilities: • Cutting small stone samples from large slabs with a diamond blade saw • Smoothing and polishing slabs • Ensure smooth and safe cutting process in a timely fashion Requirements: • Attention to detail and safety a must, able to follow all safety procedures • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly demanding environment • Experience operating machinery and saws • Physically able to stand and walk for majority of the day • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
