part-time, on-call handyman

We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman for odds-and-ends work at our short-term rentals all over the city. Pay starts at $20/hr, with the potential to earn more depending on performance. Could also segue into a full-time, salaried and benefited position if that's of interest. Work may include, but isn't limited to: -routine home maintenance such as replacing air filters, lightbulbs -patching and painting; drywall repair -appliance troubleshooting (to include wifi / smart TV if that's in your wheelhouse) -some plumbing issues (knowing how to snake a drain, etc) -changing out door handles An ideal candidate will be available a few days a week, sometimes able to respond to same-day tasks. We will usually group tasks together so that you will be working on multiple small projects on a given day. We will reimburse for the cost of materials, or provide them upfront.
