Position Description: Install lightning protection systems. Hands-on training- no experience necessary. ALP Systems, Inc provides all vehicles, uniforms, safety equipment, tools, and travel expenses. Salary: $40,000-$50,000. Includes $5,000-$10,000 Non-Taxed Per Diem. Bonus Opportunities & Advancement Opportunities including paid training and paid college courses. Plenty of room for growth. Responsibilities: · Acquire knowledge on lightning and grounding systems. · Acquire knowledge about our company and the products and services we provide. · Provide daily progress reports and project completion logs on an iPad. · Support and contribute to company projects. Qualifications: · Requires the ability to travel frequently. · Experience in the construction field is preferred but not required. Additional compensation for already acquired OSHA, fall protection & boom lift training, etc. · Ability to work with heights. · Ability to operate machinery is preferred but not required. · Ability to follow directions. · Applicant must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible. · Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
