Maddera, 44, will lead the Personnel Department, which is changing its name to the Human Resources Department. "We had a deep pool of talented and experienced applicants, and we're excited about Aimee's potential to lead our Human Resources team. "I am especially honored to be part of the transformation which will serve our residents and employees." Maddera is a graduate of Del City High School. She was already a full-time working parent when she went back to school, graduating with honors from American Public University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and an emphasis on human resources.
