There are positions available for Landscape Laborers as well as experienced and detail oriented Landscape Construction Forman. Landscape Laborer Responsibilities: - Candidate will be expected to be self-motivated, punctual, and have the capability to arrive on time to work every day. - Behave professionally at all times, especially while servicing customers. - Ability to learn tasks and perform them efficiently. - Ability to follow directions about the services needed by our clients. - 1C, 2A Hoisting License and OSHA10 a plus but not required Forman Primary Responsibilities: - On-site installation management from the beginning to the end of the project. - Communication between management and crew. - Daily job reporting of tasks done for the day and expectations for the next day. - Organization of trucks, equipment and tools for efficient operation. - Hit target hours on a job. Skills Required: - 3-5 years of landscaping experience including Irrigation, Plant Installation, Plant Identification, Machine Experience (3 yrs), use of equipment (such as skid steer, excavator, compactor, saws, levels, backpack blower, and all hand tools) - Highly organized with great communication skills. - 2-3 years experience leading a crew from the beginning to the end of the project. *If the candidate has experience driving a truck and trailer, there will be better compensation for having a valid drivers license and clean driving record. *Will train the right person.
