Job description Located in beautiful Bozeman, MT, Valley of the Flowers Landscaping is an award-winning full-service landscaping firm dedicated to environmental enhancement through professional landscape horticulture. We are looking for lawn crew as well as an experienced and dedicated lawn crew foreman to run our 2-person mow crew. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, the ability to communicate with clients, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for paying attention to detail. Experience with mower maintenance, is a plus. Our season starts mid-April and runs until Thanksgiving but if you're experienced and enthusiastic, you will be eligible for year-round salary (paid winter off!), retirement plan, health insurance, a ski pass, and profit sharing after probation period. Our business is a large family of 35 people who love working outside and spend their free time being active outside, skiing during the winter, mountain biking and climbing during the summer. We've been in business since 2002 and work hard to maintain a reputation for quality work. We treat loyal employees very well, and have very little turnover as a result.
