Looking for help from people who like to use their hands and mostly work outside. Having a vehicle and knowing how to read a tape measure is a must, but the work varies so much that previous experience is not required (but experience would be beneficial). Most of the tasks will involve skills a carpenter would have, but there would be days you wouldn’t use a tape measure. Most of the work is on new-construction jobsites in the Glenwood/Malvern area. On the job you would learn rough framing, siding, interior trim, site lay out, plumbing, septic installations and many other types of work related to construction on rural jobsites. How you are paid is flexible based on effort, reliability, and ability to perform. Being motivated and excited to learn new things is of more importance than experience, but all things will be considered when establishing pay.
