I've started a hard rock/metal band recently and we're looking for a bassist. The sound of the band so far is similar to queens of the stone, alice in chains, tool, and deftones. I have some demos I can send in the email. We have me on vocal/rhythm guitar, lead guitarist, and a drummer. We have a practice space and equipment. We practice every Sunday and planning on writing for a demo. We're looking into playing some shows soon and making some good songs. If you're interested email me and I'll send some demos. This band performs regularly and has either 1 male and 1 female or 2 females fronting the show, so you must be able to be on a lead vocal team, do leads as well as backups, and harmonies with the co-front person. Long Hair a plus but not required. The band performs local and at times throughout Florida, so must have transportation and a good attitude. No drugs / heavy drinking issues.We have vocals drums and rhythm guitar in place. Looking for lead guitarist and bass player to round it out. Great vibe so far. Genre is country soul blues rock.looking for a unique space to record an acoustic EP in the greater Cincinnati area. The producer has a traveling rig, so it doesn't need to be a conventional recording studio, but it does need to have a tuned piano available and be in a relatively quiet area or well insulated from external sounds. Could be an outbuilding, barn, rural home, art studio, church, etc. Tentative recording dates the week of April 18th. Would love to connect if you have something like this!. I use beats that are essentially indie rock instrumentals with rap drums. I’m looking for either a singer or another rapper to work with. I’m open to all types but it usually doesn’t work out with people who make hard street rap. It’s very bright pop and emo rap influenced. You must be very committed and down to meet up at least 3 times a week. Influences include The Who, Radiohead, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Kinks, Cream, The Doors, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains. Our focus is on having fun, creating great music, and making great recordings.
