Roots Enterprises LLC is a small business in Indianapolis, IN. We are nimble, fast-paced and our goal is to Grow a small local business, and give back by growing the roots of the community. You must obtain or demonstrate the following: - Must be friendly, polite, and showcase good communication skills with the clients and staff - Must showcase attention to detail, be honest, hardworking, and punctual - Must have at least 1 years of landscaping and/or mowing experience - Must have a smartphone What you can expect: - Work in central to northside Indianapolis. - Regular use of a truck and trailer. Know how to drive a large truck with various sizes of trailers. - Regular operation of commercial equipment (i.e. mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaw) - Guaranteed work of 20 hours per week, up to 40+ (depending on how many you want) - Entering into a young company with a culture of community and mentorship - Endless growth potential - Flexible schedule, ability to ask for time off - Up to $1000 monthly bonus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour (depends on experience and position hiring for) COVID-19 considerations: No requirements for masks or vaccination, but can wear masks if you prefer to!
