Amateur Gen X BTV Rock Band Seeks Drummer

Our drummer and dear friend has retired his position in our Burlington based rock quartet. Sad. Nonetheless, we have a rehearsal space near downtown Burlington and loads of original rock/americana songs that are not ready to die. Our band is one part blues/rock, one part jam band, one part 70's classic rock, 2 parts Americana, 1 part smoking weed and drinking beer, 1/2 part gigging, 1 part novelty folk parody, 1 part garage rock, 1 part endless tinkering with guitar pedals, 1 part bluegrass/country.... am I missing anything? maybe 1 part boognish? We are amateur musicians. mid 40's and we practice on Thursday night from 6-9. There is a drum kit at our rehearsal space. Our main goal is hanging out and playing music but we usually scrap together a couple performing gigs through out the year to keep us on our toes. no pay. money from gigs goes into band kitty so we are looking for someone that is in it for the fun of lugging around heavy equipment for free beer and small audiences.
