Blue female pit Bull with long tail seen running around Central Park Ave off of Colonial Drive (neighborhood of Econ soccer complex where they are currently holding COVID testing. Couldn’t get her to come to us. Looks a little older, has hanging nipples as if she’s had puppies in the past - wearing blue collar.
