This position is 2pm to 10pm, full time Monday through Friday. Vacation after 1 year, paid holidays, sick leave, and Florida Blue Health Insurance included. Must be punctual, reliable, with attention to detail. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must be good with people and be a team player. Make sure you have the company cell phone from the time you clock in until you clock out. Plug the phone into the charger when you clock out. Check calendar and coffee slips for events for set up and cleanliness of all rooms. Make sure all areas are open and unlocked. Check all bathrooms for possible messes (floor, toilets, sinks) and clean as needed. Also check the paper towel and toilet tissue supply. Make sure the bathrooms in both phases and pools are being wiped down daily. Countertops, doors, fixtures, stalls, ect. Mop all bathrooms as needed and pool bathrooms following bathroom cleaning schedule. Wipe down and sanitize all water fountains. Check all meeting rooms for cleanliness, empty and clean coffee pots. Make sure all tables are wiped down and clean. Check laundry room for neatness-mop up wet areas as needed and replace paper towels when needed. Remove trash from gate house. Clean offices daily. Clean fitness center daily. At 7PM start cleaning laundry room. Dust, mop and wipe down all machines. Sweep floors if needed. Wipe off tables in Phase II rooms. Lock laundry rooms at 8PM. Wipe down all pool furniture with sanitizer. Lock pools and bathrooms at 9PM or dusk. Clean all ashtrays weekly in both Phase I and Phase II. Empty trash receptacles in Main Hall, Phase I pool area and phase II buildings and pool area. Straighten, dust, and wipe down tables in library. Close Phase I and Phase II at 10PM unless activities are underway. Clean Phase I Main Hall after Bingo, Pinochle, and meals during season. Empty kitchen trash cans, clean coffee pots and tea pot after Bingo or other event. Make sure all gates, hall doors and sheds are locked. Make sure all soap dispensers have soap in them. Make sure all trash is emptied. Make sure all hand sanitizer dispensers have product in them. Wipe down all doors and handles weekly with disinfectant spray or wipes. Make sure all the tables in the main hall are wiped down and clean after events. Dust mop the floor in the main hall after an event. Use Orange Glow on the main hall floor every 30 days. Tear down main hall from meetings before weekend or next day event. The main hall and all common areas need to be clean, all the time. Other duties could be assigned.
