Change a forklift tire

We have a storage warehouse by Cherry & Kratzmeyer with an IC Hyster forklift. The rear tire keeps going flat, so it has a slow leak. It's not practical or cost effective to tow it on a flatbed to a tire shop, when this can be easily be done onsite. We work in the San Fernando Valley (110 miles away), so it's not easy for us to go out there all the time, hence this gig. We need someone that can remove the tire, take it to Gutierrez Tire at 2136 Niles St, Bakersfield, CA 93305 to get it changed, and then bring it back to the warehouse and put back the tire. It's 36 miles round trip from our warehouse to the tire shop. You'll need to have a jack that can lift 11k lbs and the correct sockets or air gun to remove the lug nuts. Maybe it can be done manually with a tire iron, but we don't know. If you done this before and know, then that's fine. The tire should already people properly inflated from the tire shop. If you're in the towing or roadside business, these are tools you likely have. If you're a handyman or mechanic and have the tools and ability to do this, that works too. On a side note, since we're far away, we're also looking for someone reliable we can call to get things done related to the warehouse, like opening it and helping receive deliveries or picking something up for us and sending it. We're just getting started, so right now we don't have continuous work there. That's an option, if you're open to it, but if not, that's fine too. The tire replacement is what we need now.
