Shift times are as follows: (schedules are flexible) F/T: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm P/T: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm 9:00 am – 2:15pm 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm 2:30pm-7:30pm Work at home and in office opportunities available!!!* When at home we provide all equipment needed. We are seeking experienced and entry level Retention Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We do daily health checks and our office is also equipped with “Health Pro Plus Hyper HEPA Air Filtration System” to ensure a healthy work environment for everyone’s safety!!! Responsibilities: - Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position. - Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. - Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. Hourly minimum guaranteed, or commission, whichever is higher. What you make is up to you! Additional Information: Payday is every Wednesday. Monday through Friday are required workdays.
