We have an 900 sq. Cottage that was just remodeled. The last part is to seperate and re-direct power. All the wiring is Romex and some knob abd tube. There is easy access to the attic. The attic is lit. It has an 8 foot sq. Landing. Easy access to all of the wiring. We would like the work to get going on Wednesday the second. We are paying $45 and hour.
