You will pay through the landlord, not me :-) **more pictures will be added wednesday** About the space: Large, well-lit (huge windows) shared studio in the Dogpatch on Tennessee St at Cesar Chavez. A few blocks from Minnesota St Project. It's part of a small set of studios with Art Explosion; the full studio is $635/mo. The studios are in a big industrial 9-5 building. There's lots of street parking. There are huge industrial elevators and dollies to move in large supports/furniture or etc. The studio is often pretty quiet except our awesome next door neighbor who I chat with pretty much every time I go. The space will essentially be empty for you till at least May, because I'm finishing up my teaching credentialing and exam. When I'm NOT freakishly busy, I'm typically there for half of a weekend day, + maybe one or two weeknights. I go lots during the summer, spring break, fall break etc. (I'm an art teacher). About the studio mate: I'm Laura, 29y/o, been in SF since 2015, been renting this studio for a year. I'm an oil painter, I paint mostly people, if you want to see my work - lauradalzell.com. I'm friendly, funny, nice, and super supportive of other artists. I can also keep to myself if that is your vibe.
