Bonuses Offered! This is an entry level position. Occasional travel to other facilities in Washington Metro Area. Available for day and night work. Works with the plant manager and crew to maintain the mechanical systems of a hot-mix asphalt plant and assist in the daily production of hot-mix asphalt. Eligible Bonuses: Signing Bonus Retention Bonus Referral Bonus Pay negotiable depending on experience. Qualifications: Ability to walk, stand, kneel (continuously) and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally). Ability to follow instructions. Ability to work as a team member.
