The mission of the Mover 2.0 Program is founded on a fundamental framework that converts movers into industry professionals, which we call Labor Executives through our ‘Business in a Box’ Entrepreneurship Program. A Labor Executive is an independent contractor that learns all the facets of the industry and more importantly has an opportunity to be a partial owner of a location someday.
