This is an informative post for anyone renting to tenants in the South Florida Miami area. I'm a Veteran & recently got out of active duty last year around July. I have my dd214 if anyone has any type of questions. I rented out a room to a guy name Nicolas Ricardo born in 1990 that has been living with me since October 2021. At first, everything was fine as he paid the first two months of rent. Starting in December, things began to go south. He began to turn in payment late & when he did it was not the full amount. The month of January and February came along & he hadn't paid at all even after repeatedly asking him to pay. I have told him to move out various times even offered to pay him $600 to find somewhere else to move yet he hasn't so I had to go to court and begin the eviction process. I'm still in the process now this is all public records just search up his name or mines in Miami public records. These are the type of tenants you need to be aware of in Miami. He states he's in the Entertainment business be aware everyone. I have screenshot of messages and everything pertaining to this if you have any questions just hit me up.
