Join Her Social Table at Bacovino Winery for a charcuterie workshop, built around European cheeses and meats. In the Bacovino Tasting Room, you'll learn how to cut and style cheese, practice salami folding, and understand a few basic rules about creating charcuterie. At this event you will get to build a grazing board to take home and share (or keep- we won't tell.) Your ticket includes the ingredients for a European-inspired charcuterie, a palm plate, the tools and ramekins you'll need, and a Her Social Table shopping list.
