Do you enjoy coffee but have limited experience with different types or flavors? This class is for you!
In this class, we will try three distinct coffees and discuss the nuances of each. If you are primarily used to tasting chocolatey/earthy/dark-roast coffee, this will be a game-changer for you!
You will be provided with flavor wheels and tasting note worksheets and walked through the process of how to taste each one. We will start with smelling grounds, then smelling wet grounds, then tasting warm, and finally tasting cool in order to fully experience the coffees’ profiles.
It is recommended that you do not wear perfumes or bring other food or drinks (water is fine) as it can alter your ability to smell/taste accurately. You will be provided with mineral water for cleansing in-between tastings.
