* Over 40 yrs old and living with HIV in San Diego County or Palm Springs.
* Potential for MRI of the brain and abdomen. You are not excluded if you cannot do an MRI.
* Willing to send and receive text messages.
* Paid to attend a confidential screening visit to determine eligibility.
* There are 6-8 visits during the study.
* Must be able to speak and read in English or Spanish.
* Eligible individuals may receive between $435 to $635 for completing all parts of the study.
