Cacao is the unprocessed origin of chocolate. It is safe for all ages to drink. Cacao has been used for gatherings for ages as a tool for bringing people together. During this ceremony, we will drink cacao, share with eachother, and use the tools of breathing and listening to live music to evoke senses of peace and harmony. All genders, and ages 14+ are welcome. Women’s Coach, Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, and Women’s Gathering Facilitator
