About Twelve Twenty: As the former Urbanspace Tysons Assistant General Manager/Events Director, Victoria Smith jumped at the opportunity to take over an empty coffee booth as a pop up experience at the food hall in December 2019. Now Twelve Twenty is back as an official vendor with their premium coffee shop. About the Instructor: Chelsea is a 200hr RYT with three years of teaching experience in studios, private classes, and cross training with local high school sports teams. She blends dynamic, strength building postures with mindful transitions linking breath and movement to create a balanced mind body experience. Empowering students to choose their own practice is important to Chelsea. She offers a number of modifications and opportunities to amplify your practice throughout her sequences ensuring students find their best expression of the yoga practice.
