In this practice we will explore the theme of balance, centering and re-growth. Working with the the balance of light and darkness as we approach the Spring Equinox, we can consider how to best utilize our energy and affirm our commitment to practicing self-care this Spring.

This class is accessible: all movements can be modified to be practiced in a chair to accommodate diverse physical abilities.
Led by Cristina Rose Ortiz, Certified Yoga Teacher and Self-Care Advocate. Cristina is a practitioner of Therapeutic Yoga, student of Qi Gong and former New York State Certified Elementary School Teacher. She has been sharing Yoga with diverse communities in Westchester since 2016. She is also an amateur naturalist, student of herbalism, animal lover and artist who loves to draw and create music.
$25 suggested donation, no one is turned away due to financial need.
