Thrilled to welcome the amazing wine producing team behind - EVENING LAND & SANDHI The new kids on the block that quickly became the darlings of American Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. Sandhi (California) & Evening Land (Oregon)are small production wineries focusing on select vineyards from each region that were founded by Rajat Parr and esteemed winemaker, Sashi Moorman. For one night only we are having them take over Nouvelle for an evening of incredible wine tastings with an exploration of the history of the region and diffecne of wine styles from each place. Our dear friend, and ADVANCED SOMMELIER - Julie Defriend will be teaming up with Amy Johnson of the wineries to explain what makes these wines so special and how their wines became the the archetype of the style.
