Join us for a tour of BOLDT Company's fabrication shop for PWC's March Member Connect! The BOLDT Company will host the March Member Connect at their modular and prefabrication shop in Montgomery, IL (former Caterpillar plant). They will provide a tour of their ongoing modular prefabrication for Advocate Medical Group’s Six Corners project. This is a new 2-story 21,000 sf clinic at Milwaukee/Cicero/Irving in Chicago that will open in Fall 2022 and will offer new family medicine, ICC, and lab services. BOLDT's team for this project includes Colleen Murphy is BOLDT’s Director of Business Development, Jake Hausmann, Project Executive, Briana Mitchell, Project Manager and Ryan Yoho, Director of Operations. Together they have played an integral role in achieving the highest metrics and progress towards Advocate Outpatient Collaborative for the last seven years. The BOLDT team has completed over 34 projects as part of the Advocate Aurora Health Integrated Project Delivery Team, totaling more than half a million square feet. Of a total construction value of $160.9M, more than 20% of this was prefabricated and modular components, resulting in $20M in savings and reduced schedules. BOLDT will provide vests, hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection and gloves. Please dress comfortably and wear closed-toed shoes. Masks will be required. Detailed directions will be provided to all registrants the week of the event, but please note that we are meeting at the Modular Shop at 325 IL-31 in Montgomery, IL-- NOT at Six Corners!
