Description
Black wallet was taken from the restroom, bar area or parking lot at Rosita's on Dobson/Guadalupe last Monday, February 23rd. I don't expect to see the cash, but will give a reward to anyone returning the rest of the wallet's contents. It has my mother's critical care information in it, and I can't replace it. No questions asked.
