Come experience expanding in your understanding of how the Body has it's own language! Our Community of One is breaking the mold and disrupting what the world has taught us in how to turn away and disconnect from ourselves. Through hands-on experiences, you will connect to the most sacred parts of you and expand awareness and understanding that will change things for you to allow growth and healing! You will walk away different then when you came in. We look forward to sharing time and space with you! The event begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will end at Noon. You will want to come dressed comfortably. We ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes and/or essential oils. See you soon!
