Hildee's Dine-Inn Preview Dinners: a series of ticketed events giving the community a first look at the soon to open restaurant It's time to roll up those sleeves and come to the table, Wimberley! You're invited to a community preview dinner at Hildee's Dine-Inn where you'll get the chance to sip, sample, and enjoy our menu as we decide the final touches. Get a first look at the newly completed space, meet our partners and purveyors, chum it up with the chefs and let us know what you think. You're our people, after all. Each night will include four courses served family-style, a half-off full cash bar, and special complimentary offerings. March 6th and 7th are sponsored by Still Austin who will join us on-site for an evening of Still Bourbon barrel smoked bites and cocktails for all. March 13th and 14th are Farmer's Nights, where the spotlight will shine on local ingredients featured in the Hildee's menu, provided by our treasured purveyors. Last but not least, March 18th and 19th will be a true preview of what's to come, come March 31st! Each night's festivities will start with cocktails from 5:00 - 6:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, right here at 14111 Winters Mill Pkwy in Wimberley, TX.
