HBCU & HSI College Fair HBCU Battle of the Brains & HSI Battle of the Brains are hosting an HBCU & HSI College Fair at the Austin Public Library’s Special Events Center on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central. This event allows students and parents/guardians to learn more about our nation's minority-serving institutions (Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Hispanic-Serving Institutions, specifically). This event is open to the public and is FREE for colleges/universities and attendees. The HBCU Battle of the Brains brings together the best and brightest college and graduate school students  representing Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) from around the country. Teams of 3 to 7 students work around the clock to develop a comprehensive solution to a complex issue. Teams compete for scholarship awards, as well as the title of HBCU Battle of the Brains Champions.
