Get ready for Cal Poly Surfrider's annual Make Waves Film Festival this Earth Day, April 22, 2022! Join us in celebrating Earth Day with our annual night of films that highlight the importance of Surfrider's mission of protecting our oceans, beaches, and coastlines. This year, our festival's mission is to create a sense of community by sharing films that inspire people to protect, respect, and enjoy the outdoor places they love. We are so excited to continue our efforts of increasing awareness of ocean conservation by finally hosting this event in-person! We'll have local sponsors, food, sustainability booths, local art, and jewelry for sale before the show begins. Doors open at 4pm and show will begin after 6pm! Bring your own chair or blanket.
