Become eligible for a $2500 stipend and more with homeownership education! 24/7 Blac is providing a 5 week Home-buyer workshop with community partners. The cost to attend the workshop is $25. Our educational sessions are offered in a series of 5 Saturdays from March 12th to April 9th 10am to 12pm noon at UNI-Cue 800 Sycamore St, Waterloo, IA 50703. Participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate of completion and become eligible for $2500 - 24/7 Blac Home Initiative Stipend, $2000 - Veridian IDA Program, and other homeownership assistance programs. You must complete all 5 classes to receive the certificate. The HBE certificate is good for 3 years.
