This invitation is extended exclusively to clients who have experienced the Positive Intelligence program.Join me and members of PQ Grow! with Robin Stueber for a guided ecotherapy Sense Walk while enveloped in the lush botanical gardens at Ho'omaluhia. We will be gathered at the base of the majestic Ko'olau mountains to experience ourselves, our senses and our connection to the environment in a new way.
Research has shown that practicing mindfulness and meditation in nature increases the benefits of the practice. By experiencing this Sense Walk, you will learn a new way to enhance your PQ practice by incorporating the living energy of the natural environment around us.

Dr. Lianne Philhower is an Associate Professor at Charminade University and licensed clinical psychologist. She has a diverse professional background that includes working in public health environments, outpatient community mental health programs, private practice, school consultation, and education. As a scholar, Dr. Philhower has provided community trainings, consultation, and presentations. She has continued her own education and scholarship by pursuing a Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine
Dr. Philower was trained in EcoTherapy by Ariana Candell, LMFT, R-DMT of the Earthbody Institute.
