This is a group for anyone interested in learning about investing in apartment buildings using case studies from personal experience ranging from 21 to 100+ units. Each month we will discuss a new case study with the group and share key lessons learned from. We will also share insights from our current multi-family developments near downtown San Diego and Cal State San Marcos totaling over 100 units. The discussions will be professionally moderated to create a fun and productive atmosphere. I started this group to expand my professional network with people who share our passion of building great apartment communities and improving how people live. All skill levels are welcome.
