Join Rochi and Rabbi Chezky Vogle of the Chabad Jewish Center for this fun and educational event! MPL is pleased to partner with the Chabad Jewish Center of Missoula to offer their engaging program "The Model Matza Bakery." Join Rochi and Rabbi Chezky Vogle for this fun and educational event where participants can dress in baker's hats and experience the 18 minute journey of the Matza from threshing and winnowing the wheat stalks to watching their fresh Matza pop right out of the oven. This hands-on program is guaranteed to provide an interesting peek into a culture some may not have heard much about and strengthen our community's unity through diversity. Space is limited in 2 demonstration sessions and registration is required. Session 1 is from 1-2pm and session 2 is from 3-4pm. Masks are also required to participate in the program. Since 1894, the Missoula Public Library has been working to provide programs, materials, and services to meet the informational, cultural, recreational, and educational needs of its patrons in Missoula County.  Much has changed in the intervening years but two things have not changed: the library’s commitment to providing useful and relevant materials and the staff’s commitment to providing great service.
