CDCA SBIOI Lite, NOLA Calling all Technical Experts! The CDCA Small Business Industry Outreach Initiative (SBIOI) Lite is a collaboration of industry and government between CDCA and the leadership of NIWC Atlantic. We truly value this cooperative partnership and are delighted to continue providing events to both new and old industry partners looking to contract with NIWC Atlantic. This CDCA SBIOI Lite is not structured the same as a traditional SBIOI and is intended for technical experts to attend and participate in a Technical Collaboration. Tech experts are invited to join us to hear what challenges NIWC Atlantic Det NOLA is facing and opportunities for industry to engage. We look forward to seeing you at this in-person SBIOI Lite. CDCA will be holding this rewarding CDCA Small Business and Industry Outreach Initiative Symposium (SBIOI) Lite at the University of New Orleans Homer Hitt Alumni & Visitors Center in the Geoghegan Grand Ballroom on March 24, 2022. Topics to include: Model Based Systems Engineering to help with the complexity of migrating 30-year-old HR legacy systems into modern software architecture and applications Architectural solutions that would allow for full functional use of a cloud hosted commercial off the shelf application, in bandwidth restricted/reduced environments with limited connectivity How to provide Sailors and Marines with greater influence over their career by leveraging personnel data, personal goals, and Fleet requirements to recommend learning opportunities that fulfill needs and expectations of both the Sailor/Marine and the Navy/Marine Corps Technologies and processes to enable small support centers operate cost effectively and to stay nimble
