This class consists of the following: (1) a review of the RE Contract forms as of 2022 & the Standard Terms (2) a discussion of the appropriate forms to use based on the contractual situation (3) a discussion of the various forms available for agents to use in various contractual situations (4) a discussion of the general rules / guidelines / practices / requirements for proper completion of contracts and Agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers (5) a discussion of the handling of Earnest Money and the disbursement of earnest money upon termination of a contract (6) a discussion of the major differences between the RE forms vs. the 2022 GAR forms Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: (1) properly complete the RE Contract for Purchase and Sale of Residential Real Property in 2022 (2) understand the most common contingencies included in the Contract for Purchase and Sale of Residential Real Property (3) be able to complete transactions with proper contract completion utilizing the appropriate form and special stipulation for any contractual situation (4) be able to handle transactions with RE Forms & GAR forms MaKay Swanson [email protected] Georgia Real Estate Academy (GREC School #6915) offers this course for CE credit.
