Our Farm Kitchen is a passive house and settled on the official BoysGrow farm. BoysGrow is a non-profit dedicated to turning youth into expcetional young men through agricultural entrepreneurship. We take this valuable opportunity of having our youth for 2 years and give them as much vocational training and personal skills to allow them to successfully get their next job once they graduate. School teaches them an array of skills but sometimes soft skills can fly under the radar. We talk with the youth about soft skills and the importance of these as more and more employers are putting more emphasis on them when hiring. Learn more about BoysGrow here.
