We celebrate As Young As You Feel Day on March 22 every year. When they said “Age is just a number,” it wasn’t a lie after all. It doesn’t matter how old you are. Feeling young is a state of mind. No matter your age, no one can stop you from feeling young and alive. Come celebrate this day by indulging in a three course meal with wine pairing. Chef Trudy of Indigenous Underground and wine aficionado Annmarie Humm of Vines to Wine Academy will introduce foods and wines that make you feel younger. Join us as Chef Trudy demonstrates a variety of culinary techniques while preparing foods that keep you young and looking healthy along with wine education from Annmarie. Each course will be presented with a wine which compliments it's flavors.

Starter Course: Hearty Harvest Bean Chili (a hearty chili that's made with beans, butternut squash, cauliflower and sweet potatoes )
Entrée Course: Green Tea Poached Salmon with Ginger Lime Sauce over Quinoa (Atlantic salmon cooked slow and low in a vegetable and matcha broth)
Dessert Course: Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake (A chocoholics dream made with decedent dark chocolate which is known to be a great antioxidant)
