Not all beverages featured at the Agave Heritage Festival are spirits. Join César Ojeda Linares, Gary Paul Nabhan, and the El Crisol staff for a lively discussion and demonstration of traditional Mexican and Southwestern fermented beverages. Samples will include tepache, tesgüino, roasted agave, and colonche (prickly pear fruit).
